He wanted to put his entrepreneurial skills to good use by taking over a company. His search led him to <em data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"309\">Entreprises de Peintures Walhin<\/em>, a well-established family business in Wallonia. The company has 150 years of experience in the painting industry.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"565\">Its director, Eric Walhin, was looking for a successor who could continue developing the business. He saw Denis as the ideal candidate. Throughout the acquisition process, Denis received guidance from BestValue, a firm specialising in business transfers and acquisitions. This support helped him navigate each stage with confidence, from evaluating the target to signing the final agreement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"745\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1065\"><strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1065\">History of Entreprises de Peintures Walhin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1382\">Founded in 1963, but with roots dating back to 1874, <em data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1153\">Entreprises de Peintures Walhin<\/em> has been led by Eric Walhin since 1999.
