His search quickly led him to Lux Informatique, a leading company in the Luxembourg province. The company specializes in IT, telecom, and multimedia products. After more than 20 years at the helm, Vincent Bernard wanted to find a successor to continue developing the business. He saw Olivier as the ideal candidate to take over. To ensure a smooth transition, Olivier relied on BestValue throughout the acquisition process. This support gave him the confidence to manage each step carefully, leading to a seamless and successful takeover of Lux Informatique.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"896\">A local leader in IT<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"87\" data-end=\"237\">Founded in 2003 and based in Messancy, the company is a member of the Exellent purchasing network.
