When the two majority shareholders of Ipsys Solutions knocked on BestValue’s door, their objective was clear: to support the company’s strong growth while ensuring its long-term sustainability.

The beginnings of Ipsys Solutions
The story began in 2013, when Aïssa Harika and Germain Petit joined forces and rapidly became a key telecom partner. Operating in a constantly evolving market, the company progressively expanded its offering to include a comprehensive range of ICT solutions for SMEs in Wallonia and Brussels. Today, the offering covers all of companies’ technological needs: telecommunications, connectivity, networks and cybersecurity, video surveillance, printing solutions, and payment systems.
After more than ten years of activity, and driven by customer service widely recognised for its quality, Ipsys Solutions now employs over 60 people. The company supports more than 10,000 B2B clients and over 40,000 users daily.
A first step for Your.Cloud in Belgium
Driven by the ambition of its shareholders and its strong growth trajectory, Ipsys Solutions naturally attracted investor interest. Early 2026 marks a major turning point with its integration into Your.Cloud, a partnership that will enable the company to accelerate its development while further strengthening its managed services offering.
This transaction represents Your.Cloud’s first acquisition in Belgium in the TICTS segment (Telecoms, IT and Cloud Technology Services).
