BestValue is pleased to announce the sale of 70% of the shares of Access Systems to the ambitious EMI Group, a leader in integrated solutions and services for industrial access in Romania.
Access Systems has been active in the Belgian market for over 8 years. The company specialises in tailored services for industrial doors. This includes sales, installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. They work with all brands of industrial doors. Access Systems is based in the Villers-le-Bouillet industrial zone, in the province of Liège. The company employs 25 people and serves more than 4,000 clients. Most clients are in the Walloon region. They come from sectors such as construction, transportation, food processing, and distribution.
Access Systems recently partnered with EMI. EMI is 51% owned by the Private Equity fund Morphosis Capital and 49% by its CEO, Jérôme France. This partnership will help Access Systems grow faster. It will also allow them to offer integrated, personalised services based on EMI’s model. Since Access Systems does not manufacture industrial doors, EMI will use this partnership to sell its industrial access solutions made in Romania through Belgium.
Access Systems will keep operating under its brand. Two founders, François Pirnay and Jean-Benoît Leroy, will stay involved in daily operations. Both companies are also considering expanding together into the Flemish and Luxembourg markets.
We are pleased to have supported the shareholders of Access Systems throughout their entire sale process, from valuation to the completion of the transaction.
