AG Mat, an exemplary family-owned business, specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of dust extraction systems for the wood industry. The company holds several patents for energy-efficient extraction systems it has developed. AG Mat was always driven by its founders, Mr. and Mrs. Debroux. As is often the case in SMEs, the shareholders, heavily involved in sales, operations, and administration, struggled to find the time to develop a true long-term growth plan for their company.

The arrival of Boris and Thomas, a freshly graduated duo (management and industrial engineers) and natural-born entrepreneurs, as successors will give new life to the company. They will, of course, benefit from the experience of the sellers to continue serving their clients across Europe, while aiming for significant growth for the business.
