BestValue is pleased to announce the sale of Belgoplast to the buyer duo formed by Mickaël Leonardi and Cédric Bouille.
Founded as a family business in 1994, Belgoplast has been led since the early 2000s by Valérie and Gilbert Richel. Ideally located in Flémalle, close to the SPI industrial park and Bierset airport, the company manufactures all products derived from window frames (doors, windows, conservatories, shutters, and more) and also installs its products. Its recognized expertise, coupled with the quality of its products, has made the company a leading player in the Liège region, benefiting from an excellent reputation and a loyal clientele.
A takeover led by two committed employees
When the company’s transmission was considered, two employees expressed their desire to take over the reins. Mickaël Leonardi, head of the administrative office (quotations, invoices, client management, etc.) since 2010, and Cédric Bouille, a subcontractor with the company since 2007 and involved in the projects, decided to join forces to continue the company’s development, which started 30 years ago.
