BestValue advises on the sale of four Cash Express stores in the Liège region
After 15 years at the helm of 7 Cash Express stores across two companies, Aurore Delvigne and Christophe Garnier have decided to hand over part of their business.
Cash Express, the French retail chain specialising in buying, selling and refurbishing second-hand goods, now operates more than 130 stores, 13 of them in Belgium. Over the years, the couple successfully grew the brand’s presence in the Liège region.
At the beginning of July, Laurent Olivier took over the management of 4 outlets: the stores in Boncelles, Grivegnée, Liège and Seraing. Following a solid career in property management, he was looking for a new entrepreneurial challenge and wanted to lead a business with a stronger operational dimension.
BestValue is proud to have supported Mr Garnier and Ms Delvigne throughout this transfer, from the valuation of the business through to the closing of the deal.
