BestValue supported the shareholders of Carrosserie Piron in the sale of their company.
Founded in 1984 by Bernard Piron, Carrosserie Piron is a well-known family-run business in Liège specialising in the repair of mechanical and bodywork damage. Drawing on its extensive experience, the company offers its customers a complete, professional, and high-quality service. Strategically located in the heart of the Zoning des Plénesses, the body shop also operates two additional sites in Wanze and Bassenge.
Over the past 40 years, the company has grown significantly and diversified its activities, notably through the creation of an industrial painting division and a commercial vehicle fitting-out business. Both of these activities were divested following a spin-off in 2022, allowing the company to refocus on its core business: bodywork repair. Today, it operates from 3 sites with a team of 15 people.
A passion for cars turned into an entrepreneurial project
After an initial career in the automotive sector, Laurent Dimola chose to commit to entrepreneurship fully. Taking over Carrosserie Piron marks the beginning of a new adventure for this entrepreneur, who is keen to put his industry experience to work for a company renowned for its expertise and quality of service.
