Belgoplast was founded as a family business in 1994. Since the early 2000s, it has been led by Valérie and Gilbert Richel. The company is ideally located in Flémalle, near the SPI industrial park and Bierset airport. Belgoplast manufactures a wide range of products derived from window frames. These include doors, windows, conservatories, shutters, and more. The company also manages the installation of all its products. Belgoplast has built a strong reputation thanks to its recognised expertise and the quality of its work. Over the years, it has become a key player in the Liège region, known for its loyal clientele and excellent service.
A Takeover Led by Two Committed Employees
When the owners began considering the company’s transmission, two team members stepped forward. Mickaël Leonardi has been leading the administrative office since 2010, handling quotations, invoicing, and client management. Cédric Bouille, a subcontractor who has been working closely with Belgoplast since 2007, has been deeply involved in project execution. Together, they decided to join forces to continue the company’s growth — a journey that began over 30 years ago.
