Founded in 1928, Gofrino is a true institution of Liège’s gourmet craftsmanship. With a team of around fifteen employees, the company produces thousands of dough portions and waffles every day for wholesalers and supermarkets, using local and natural ingredients while preserving a family recipe passed down through generations.
Adrien and Domitien were looking to acquire an SME deeply rooted in the Liège economic landscape. After reviewing several acquisition opportunities, Gofrino stood out as the perfect match for their shared values and common ambition.
Their vision is clear: to preserve the company’s authenticity and historic know-how while opening Gofrino to new markets and giving the brand the visibility it deserves.
