Founded in 1880, Bernardin specialises in installing and restoring terrazzo, as well as polishing floors such as marble and concrete. The company serves a diverse clientele in both B2C and B2B markets, covering private and public sectors. Thanks to its strong reputation, Bernardin often undertakes projects beyond Liège province, in Namur, Charleroi, Brussels, and even Flanders.
After leading the company for over 40 years, Jean-Louis Bernardin sought a motivated successor to continue the family’s four-generation legacy of artisanal expertise.
On the buyer’s side, Antoine and Gilles Dumont decided to join forces. They bring complementary experience gained respectively at Wikipower and Equans (formerly Engie). Driven by their passion for business and strong teamwork, their goal is to elevate this niche company to the forefront of the industry. They also have the support of their third brother, an architect, who will play a key role in the business moving forward.
